New Construction Inspection

New Construction Phase Inspections

Radon Testing

Radon Testing should be conducted before you buy a home or business so that we can assess the radon gas levels before there is a chance for long-term exposure. If radon levels are high, it can be a major risk factor for lung cancer—which is why every home-buyer should consider scheduling this inspection service.

Water Testing

We’ll be happy to test your current or prospective home’s water supply, collecting samples to send to a vetted local laboratory. These samples from the tap and well will be analyzed for traces of harmful bacteria, heavy metals, and more.

Mold Testing & Sampling

For this inspection service, we’ll inspect a home in an effort to identify areas of mold growth and what may be allowing it to happen. We can also collect surface and air samples to take for laboratory testing to determine the prevalence of mold spores, a strong indicator for overall indoor air quality.

Detached Structure Inspections

In addition to a full home inspection, we can comprehensively inspect any detached structures on the property. This can include anything ranging from sheds and workshops, to full-sized guest homes.

Irrigation System Testing

This inspection service is an evaluation of a property’s irrigation system to ensure that there are no defects present that could prove costly in time and resources. We’ll evaluate the condition of the installed sprinkler heads, visible drip lines, mechanical controls, and other accessible components.
